    Office of the Municipal Engineer

    • Initiate, review and recommend changes and policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in infrastructure development and public works in general of the local government unit
    • Advise the mayor on infrastructure, public works and other engineering matters
    • Administer, coordinate, supervise, and control the construction, maintenance, improvement, repair of roads, bridges, and other engineering and public works objects of the local government unit concerned
    • Provide engineering services to the local government unit concerned including investigation and survey engineering designs, feasibility studies, and projects management

    Office of the Municipal Health Officer

    • Formulate program implementation guidelines and rules and regulations for the operation of the said office for the approval of the mayor, in order to assist him in the efficient, effective and economical implementation of health related activities
    • Formulate measures for the consideration of the sanggunian and provide technical assistance and support to the mayor, in carrying out activities to ensure delivery of basic services and provisions of adequate facilities relative to health services
    • Develop plans and strategies and upon approval by the mayor, implement the same, particularly projects which the mayor, empowered to implement and the which the Sanggunian is empowered to provide under the LGC
    • Be in the frontline of health services delivery, particularly during and in the aftermath of man-made and natural disasters and calamities

    Office of the Municipal Agriculturist

    • Formulate measures for the approval of the Sanggunian and provide technical assistance and support to the mayor in carrying out said measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provisions of adequate facilities relative to agriculture services as provided for under Section 17 of LGC
    • Develop plans and strategies and upon approval thereof by the mayor implement the same, particularly those which have to do with agricultural programs and projects which the mayor is empowered to implement and which the sanggunian is empowered to provide for under LGC
    • Be in the frontline of delivery of basic agricultural services, particularly those needed for survival of the inhabitants during and in the aftermath of manmade and natural disaster
    • Recommend to the sanggunian and advise the mayor on all other matters related to agriculture and aqua-culture which will improve the livelihood and living conditions of the inhabitants

    Office of Department of Social Welfare and Development

    • Formulate measures of the approval of the Sanggunian and provide technical assistance and support to the mayor in carrying out measures to ensure the delivery of basic services and provisions of adequate felicities relative to social welfare and development services
    • Develop plans and strategies and upon approval by the mayor, implement the same particularly those which have to do social welfare programs projects which the mayor is empowered to implement and the sanggunian is empowered to provide for under the LGC
    • Be in the frontline of services delivery, particularly those which have to do with immediate relief assistance during and in the aftermath of manmade and natural disaster and natural disaster
    • Recommend to the sanggunian and advise the LCE on all other matters related to social welfare and development services which will improve the livelihood and living conditions of the inhabitants
